view_state request type
Use prefix_base64 when you want to filter by a storage-key prefix.
Set prefix_base64 to "" to remove the prefix filter and return all matching state values. Large contracts can produce very large payloads when you do this, so prefer a narrower prefix when you already know the key family you need.
